وست أفينيو

Have rented in West Avenue for three years. Definitely one of the best in the Marina and, for sure, a great choice in Dubai. Marvelous views, wonderful neighbors, superior building management, Marina walk and the Mall are in a very close proximity. On the downside - heavy traffic (all across the bridges in the Marina) in the rush hours and no playground for kids...

Great location, close to many shops and restaurants and only walking distance to the beach. Apartments are finished to a high standard and all staff are friendly.

Overall very good (location, tower, maintenance). BUT: window insulation could be improved; small water tank so can't take a warm bath - shower is ok for 10mins; in 2br some living room layouts (08, 01) are not very practical to furnish, bad smell sometimes from drain, floor to ceiling windows great for light but the tower outdoor glass cleaning happens 3 times per yr so it looks dirty the rest of the time, big balconies but very noisy either on the SZR side or the marina side because of the construction close by silverene.

Facilities in general were good.gym and pool is ok.

Great location to live, with very easy access for transportation.

دبي مارينا

Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult.

Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.

If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers.

The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot.

Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
