To help drive growth and diversity across the industry, Property Finder has launched the third edition of SheForShe, a mentorship initiative designed to empower women in real estate. Through access to industry leaders, networking opportunities, digital learning and actionable career guidance, it supports more women’s access to leadership pathways, contributing to a more dynamic, skilled and inclusive real estate sector.

What is SheForShe Empowered by Property Finder?
Now in its third year, SheForShe is expanding its reach and impact across the UAE real estate sector. Run in partnership with Women Choice, the programme will bring together 30 seasoned mentors with deep industry experience to guide and support up to 300 women professionals as they grow their careers and leadership potential.

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes 36 hours of e-learning and live workshops, alongside curated multimedia content covering key areas such as technology, finance, and legal. With a focus on practical insights and cross-sector expertise, SheForShe offers the tools and connections women need to advance with confidence.
