Casagrand Hermina is the company’s first international development, located in Dubai Islands. The project offers one- to four-bedroom residences designed to provide space, privacy, and panoramic views that take full advantage of the site’s prime coastal setting.
Dubai Islands is a fast-growing waterfront district supported by the Dubai 2040 Master Plan. With 21 kilometres of Blue Flag-certified beaches, more than 80 upcoming hotels, major infrastructure upgrades, including an eight-lane bridge to Downtown Dubai by 2026, and a planned metro link, the area is positioned as one of Dubai’s most promising future destinations.
The development rises G+13 floors and features a balanced mix of apartment types. The building is oriented to offer dual views: one side facing the sea, and the other overlooking the swimming pool and Dubai’s skyline.
