Qurat Ul Ain, is a force to be reckoned with in Dubai’s highly competitive real estate industry. Qurat graduated from University of Wollongong in Dubai completing her masters. A savvy sales person right from the beginning, she carved a reputation for herself in sales in selling privilege cards for topnotch hotels in the Middle East such as Le Meridian Hotel Group. Qurat was awarded sales person of the year for the entire MENA region at a young age of just 23 Now armed with the skills and the attitude of a fast-in-making legendary sales professional, set up Drehomes Real Estate in 2008. With partner Mudassir Wani, equally adept at real estate sales, Drehomes would soon establish itself as one of the biggest real estate companies in the UAE. Her uncanny, shrewd ability to sense a deal her strong negotiating skills and hard-work would pay off when in almost a record 3 months only, she scored a whopping AED 100 MN in sales to gain the prestigious Emaar registered broker agency membership.
