Al Abbas Building

Love this place - as soon as you enter an apartment it is clear Emaar has adopted a premium policy towards fixtures, fittings, kitchens, marble throughout (rare). I looked at an 06 unit and fell in love with almost 270 degree views from the two balconies and direct fountain views from all rooms. I took a second viewing in the evening at sunset and it really felt like one is at the centre of everything that is downtown. I love that buzz.

I would class Claren as one of the better quality, premium properties in the downtown area. Emaar has gone a step further than the surrounding buildings (Boulevard 29, Boulevard Central, etc) to ensure high quality fittings - with marble throughout, spaciousness (especially the 06 units which is the one I live in), high quality windows, with plenty of light, and premium fittings throughout. I love the convenience of the area (have a car but hardly need to use it, as everything is so close). Very high standard indeed.
