The building is in a good location , walking distance to the metro and other shops , even bur juman mall. It is in a safe area , khaleed bin walid street.Has swimming pool , gym , sauna and table tennis room. Facility is clean and well maintained.Improvement suggestions would be to have security with the right attitude and not to increase rent every year.
