Pros: The view from balcony and rooms is stunning Lobby, lifts, entrance are top notch Location has easy access to canal, carrefour, and its 10 min walking to Dubai Mall Cons: Gym has very limited equipments. They should put barbells, pull up machine etc. Garbage collection is not smooth. Sometimes corridors can stink sometimes Noise of rooms can be heard in other rooms

The road to the building is a mess.
