Golf Panorama

I stayed in studio on the 3rd floor and the whole year went like a nightmare, on the first week i started fixing some water pipe which blown under the sink and the water was in every place, then the AC did not work and i fixed it 2 times on my account, the wall had some green spot after the rain happened in last august and September, i did not receive my parking access immediately i got it after 3 months and other issues like this and when i left i end up paying for all even i cleaned the studio deep cleaning before my leaving but all was deductible from the security deposit, and i left the studio on Dec.8th but till today did not get the rest of my deposit. the rent was 28000 Dhs. which is too much for just 29 M space.
