Green Lake Tower 2

Convenient location, with metro access and established community. Not much of issues that you may face in other communities.

the building and common areas are very well maintained, its calm and quiet, high ceilings, finishings inside the apartment are good and nice quality, its on a convenient location

I moved here from the beginning of JLT 1 year ago and will be moving out as soon as my lease ends. Cons: -Very loud noise from SZR and the mosque across the lake -Poorly designed bathrooms (sink takes so much space/ not convenient, lack of storage space) -Bad access to/from Sheikh Zyed road - you have to go around JLT every time -No proper grocery stores around (the closest Carrefour is 2 clusters away) -Lack of infrastructure in the cluster (barely 1 Zoom and 1 hair salon, nothing else) -No guest parking -Small semi-covered pool - you can't properly tan/ swim Pros: -Very good maintenance -Good gym -Good -Free Chiller

5 stars all the way. No other tower in JLT can compare. The apartments are well laid out and the lobby, pool and gym are amazing.

We have been living in Dubai for almost 5 years and tried many buildings around Marina JLT... This building beats by far any other in the area.

Good management to maintain the building in good condition.they have a good team.

Very accessible.the swimming pool and gym are good.

Park is very near to our place and my kids are loved it

Securities are really good they dont allow any spectators and visitors have to give id Maintenace is excellent . It is a grade A building in JLT
