Lake View Tower

Lake View Towers is a very nice and convenient building, with good facilities (pool, gym, barbecue area...) The security staff is very professional and welcoming. The metro is at a walking distance and the proximity with the Lake Almas is also great. The only negative point is the messy look of the Cluster especially the outside parking area, because of the 2 "ghosts towers" nearby. There is a construction nearby too at the moment, so can be a bit noisy.

The Building is a bit old, but the size of the apartments a big. Nice views of the lake (If you're on that side)

Nice spacious open plan apartments with good finishings and balconies. Pool is on the first floor with a bbq area and two gyms, one for ladies only and the other mixed. Also a lounge and kids area on the first floor. Security and maintenance are very nice and helpful. Restrictions on delivery timings and documents required for external services such as cleaners, curtain companies etc. Love the location as walking distance to shops, restaurants, spas and the metro.

I love living in Lakeview Tower. Amazing facilities great place for families and friendly neighbours..3mins to the metro and easy access to the main road.

Been living in the tower for 2 years now and I love it, great facilities and very nice and competent security staff. Very convenient access from the main roads compared to the other side of JLT.

It is one of the best towers in JLT with gym, pool and parking facilities. Literally 3 minutes walk to metro. I see mostly young people from UK or European countries around, people are polite and smiling

Very noisy because of the construction,friendly neighbours.
