The building is great other than the apartment fixtures and fittings, eg not having regular maintenance of the water heater which lead to leakages in our apartment. Also lack of parking for guests especially those wanting to stay for longer than 3hours without having to pay. A carpark per apartment rule is not convenient as both my husband and I work and require a car each for traveling.
