Good building
Living in Saba 2 for nearly 4 years currently. I am happy with build quality, management of facilities and general upkeep.
Had a number of troubles with plumbing, but guess this is general Dubai issues.
My thoughts
I think JLT is done up beautifully and should be a a nice place to stay with family
Saba 2 - family friendly building and nice finishing
Well located building near two 24 hour supermarkets - lakemart is particulary good, close to park and lake and the hub of all of JLT
A real nice place to live
Its one of the best towers in JLT, nice balconies, finishing is excellent, everything built solidly and no major construction issues like most other buildings in JLT. Parking for guests or your other cars is a serious problem, but that is in the whole area, good thing is the newly developed park is just right under the building.
