Very nice overall
I rent a studio there which is spacious and the building is brand new but there's no view, no guest parking (parking in the street isn't that good) and the rent value is bit pricey considering other options in the same area.
I had a frequent problem with the parking barrier where it doesn't scan my car and I had to spend more than 6 months with maintenance to get it fixed.
