Good Location and better layout nothing else
It's located near to the entrance of the community with lot of retail making it more convenient and a new park near to the building makes the best location in the JVC. But no guest parking due to retail needs all of them and nearby construction makes it nosier and polluted. Called the Facilities Management for a small maintenance but no avail. Have a Pool but no Gym
