I don’t recommend this building for long term living. Almost every day there is construction noise due to the large number of renovations in various apartments. Most of the apartments are rented to tourists, so constant noise at night due to parties.

Everything in one place.. Great beach, pool, restaurants, hotel, sports, kids play , bars, etc.

This is the perfect building I have no complaints whatsoever
