This 2-bedroom plus sofa bed apartment is undergoing a transformation, and while the pictures provided are for illustration purposes, the essence of the space will remain unchanged. As the furnishings come together, youll soon be able to enjoy all the amenities that this world-class location has to offer, from shopping at The Dubai Mall to admiring the iconic Burj Khalifa, all just a stones throw away.

Guests will enjoy complete access to the apartment and the buildings best features, like the swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour security. Ample free parking is accessible on the premises. A private entrance assures hassle-free entry. Building staff will assist with the self-check-in, ensuring a seamless start to your luxurious getaway.

Before you book, here are some additional details that we believe will enhance your stay:

1. Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and well do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

2. Smoking Policy: We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the private balcony. Please use the provided ashtray and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

3. Pet-Friendly: Were sorry, we do not allow pets in our apartment. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this policy.

4. Parking: Free parking is available for guests. If you plan to bring a vehicle, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary parking instructions.
