Payment Plans
There are different payment plans at Eagle Hills Maryam Island to make the payment process easier for buyers. Here are some of the payment options:
- There is an option to pay upon 6 installments for one-bedroom apartments in Azure and Sapphire residence:
5% down payment, followed by 5% in December 2019, February 2020, April 2020, May 2020, then 75% is the final installment which you pay upon the apartment completion and handing over.
- For Cayan and Indigo residence, the apartments are larger in size and contain between two to three bedrooms. Payment can be done upon 5 installments to 12 installments depending on the percentage from the whole price.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are between June 2020 and December 2020.
