1. Using Sheryan for Self-assessment Portal   

Shaeryan website provides a self-assessment tool that reveals if the person is going to be part of the registry; if not, you must move to the other step by opting for the manual review and submitting an online application.

Moreover, you should also pay a fee of AED 200. The Sheryan DHA license review will be revealed in 10 days.    

2. Creating Personal ID on Sheryan    

The next step is a DHA license login. In order to do that you need to create an account and allow access to DHA eServices after you enter the required information. 

After you register, you will receive the authentication of the account via email.    

3. Register to DataFlow for PSV    

DataFlow website processes applications to check the educational background of the applicants that applied for a DHA license. The website will collect data to help decide which applicants are qualified to work in the UAE.     

4. CBT Assessment    

Some professions require CBT assessment, such as doctors and nurses. The assessment procedure can be done on the Prometric website to measure the skill level for the DHA license exam.    

 5. Reviewing the Application Through DHA Sheryan  

DHA Sheryan registration is the final step to see the result of the CBT or the PSV and whether it got approval or rejection. It’s simple to register to Sheryan by the following steps:    

  • Click on Register a Professional   
  • Enter the required information    
  • Upload the requested documents    
  • Pay the fees (AED 200)    
  • Submit    

6. Choosing Oral Assessment Date    

An oral assessment is necessary when applying for a healthcare position. It’s part of the DHA license exam, and applicants can schedule it based on their preferred date. 

The fees for the oral assessment are from AED 250 to AED 500, based on the position.    

7. License Activation    

After the oral assessment, you must activate the professional license through your Sheryan account, and here’s how:    

  • Click on DHA to apply activation    
  • Insert offer letter and malpractice insurance certificate   
  • Pay the fees of the activation (AED 1000AED 3000)    
  • Wait for the temporary license until the original one is issued   

4. How Much Is the Fee for DHA License?

DHA license cost varies according to the type of application submitted, which we will show you below: 

  • Full-time License Fees: AED 1000 
  • Part-time License Fees: AED 4000 
  • Trainee License Fees: AED 1000 
  • Convert to Full-time Fees: AED 200 

5. How Long Is the Validity of DHA License and Can it Be Renewed?    

The DHA license in Dubai is valid for one year, and yes, it can be renewed three months before the expiry date.
