After two weeks of trials with 10 brokerages in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, it has been proven that clients who activated Property Finder’s WhatsApp Leads witnessed a 44% increase in mobile leads and 16% in leads overall. This did not, however, come at the expense of call leads.

What I also have found beneficial is that it provides the link to the specific property the client is inquiring on when they use the WhatsApp feature making it easy to service the client as you can gauge their requirements instantly rather than showing them unnecessary properties making it also beneficial to the client so you’re not wasting anyone’s time.

Overall the WhatsApp lead feature has contributed towards a higher lead conversion rate which improves my income, but more importantly, improved the client’s journey through the home-moving process which is ultimately the most important thing.
