My latest achievement was being able to close four sales deals in one month. The units were a combination of apartments in Al Reem Island and Al Reef and plots in Al Reeman 2. One of the clients who bought an apartment was my client a year ago. The client for Al Reeman intended to buy only one plot but ended up buying two plots. I brought the other client for an apartment viewing and they signed the deal on the same day.

- Excellent Customer Service Experience: I listen to what my clients want and give professional and sound advice on properties they are looking to buy or sell. Putting my clients’ best interests at heart has always been my priority rather than the commission the deal will generate. In this way, I build my clients’ confidence and trust in me, resulting in repeat business through referrals.

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close deals?
You need to believe that YOU are tougher than the market. Always be one step ahead by developing your skills, constantly educating yourself on current market trends and industry pricing. Tenacity has always been one of the greatest assets an agent should possess.
