Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement, which is the reason why you won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Ras Al Khaimah.

I closed not one but eight rental deals last month, each for around AED 55,000 and above.

Tell our audience THREE things that set you apart from other agents and why should they give YOU a call when looking for a property in Ras Al Khaimah?

  • I offer the right product to my clients
  • I am smart and have the right positive approach
  • I build trust and meet all my clients’ requirements

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close deals?

They should be straightforward. People have high expectations, so it’s a case of managing these and bringing knowledge and transparency to the table. Are you a buyer’s or seller’s broker? You need to pick a side and work for one to get the best outcome.

How long have you been using Property Finder? What are the THREE key benefits you see from being Property Finder’s client? As an agent, how do you use them to your advantage?

I have been using Property Finder for two years. A very high percentage of my leads come through Property Finder. We do use other portals but the most serious leads that come through are always from Property Finder. It’s an easy platform to use, from an agent and end-user perspective.

What does winning the Outstanding Agent Award mean to you? Why would you recommend others to enter the competition?

I feel good and appreciated. This will encourage me to work harder and be more visible in the market.
