In my 8 years of experience in Vierra Property Broker Real Estate, I’ve grown to learn and experience different verticals of real estate - Residential, Off-plan projects, feasibility studies, operator searches. I’ve come to realize, as humans we never make decisions based on market sentiments, news, features and benefits. We make decisions based on emotion, “gut feel”.
