About me
Specializing in selling Green Community real estate since 2005, I am best known as Dimple and have sold 100's of Green Community homes since then. After running my company Square Feet Realtors from 2010 to December 2019, I decided to join a brokerage so that I could keep the focus on my clients . My success lies in being able to understand the market we are currently in, and advising home Sellers and Buyers on key issues involved around buying or selling at the right time.
Aside from this, pricing the property right is crucial to a sale. Price it to high and you may end up with a shop-worn listing that will stay on the "shelf" month after month. Price it too low and well, heard of "sellers regret?" You don't want that either. So how does one keep this in balance?
