About me
My key strength is in making highly profitable deals, managing key accounts and strategic client relationships, and providing most efficient and lucrative solutions for the companies that I was managing. To date, I have been able to secure the sales and contracts worth of $20 mln in real estate, telecommunications, hospitality, marine and construction sectors. 40% increase in the number of new clients only in a year, and 16% increase in revenues at my last project in telecommunications.
My main area of interest is real estate, I was a General Manager of the largest real estate advertising and classifieds newspaper in the region, working with the real estate database during the boom and crisis times. During the last 15 years, we have made more than 1,000 transactions totaling in more than $200,000,000. In addition, we have implemented operations management of more than 100 apartments in several newly-constructed buildings in Baku and Czech Republic.
