About me
Kalpesh Sampat is a Managing Partner of Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty. He was a founding member and COO of SPF Realty, and one of his proudest achievements is achieving, together with the SPF team, over AED 8 Billion in sales between January 2007 and August 2017. SPF emerged from the 2008 recession as one of the biggest multi-award winning real estate agencies in Dubai, and was recently acquired by Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty.
Kalpesh has over a decade’s worth of experience in the real estate market in Dubai and was a recipient of the “World’s Greatest Leaders 2015 Asia & GCC” award. He has a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai realty landscape and is consistently asked to speak at conferences worldwide on why Dubai is such an attractive place to invest. Kalpesh loves Dubai because he believes it is the best of all worlds, and especially enjoys its infrastructure, safety and cosmopolitan nature.
