Mahboobeh Golchin (aka Mahi Depala) is a Real Estate professional in the UAE, specializing in Premium properties across Dubai. Having co-managed a portfolio that grew to AED 800,000,000/-, primarily in Downtown Dubai, she is the ideal choice for any Investor or End-User looking to capitalize on Dubai’s growing Property market.
Mahboobeh was born and brought up in the UAE and has a profound understanding of the prevailing environmental, cultural and market dynamics. Known for her vibrant personality, she is a highly skilled multi-lingual communicator, keen to connect with, guide and support her clients.
After her bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication in the UK, she returned to the UAE to start her career in Film & Cinema. She then shifted her focus to Real Estate, as a Portfolio Manager of one of the largest Premium Property investors in Dubai.
Mahboobeh is also a certified Yoga Teacher, which contributes to her level-headed and disciplined approach as a Real Estate Agent.
