Working in customer service since age of 14 has taught me to always deliver excellent client care.
I have great communication/negotiation skills and an easy going personality. I am positive and enthusiastic person. I believe that a simple smile can go a long way. My best qualities are that I am a trustworthy, honest and transparent in anything I do as well as passionate about the services I deliver. Creating and maintaining good relationships, always responding in timely manner and delivering what I promise is my priority when dealing with customers.
When a lot of brokers focus on quantity of the sales they make, I like to focus on quality of the services I provide. I believe that when there is quality, quantity follows. I enjoy every aspect of a sales job role, but my favourite is by far is seeing happy customers when handing over their new keys!
