With over 12 years living in the Middle East, and traveled extensively to over 60 countries worldwide, he has a truly in depth knowledge of the region, its challenges and understanding of customer behavior/relationship, and market trends.
Muchui holds a Masters in Real Estate Development and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He also pursued courses in Organisational Leadership. He has experience in real estate market and property management since 2014. Areas of specialization are : Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Palm Jumeirah. He has a strong knowledge in Dubai rental Law and sales procedures, as well as great knowledge of types of property and market prices.
