About me
Neda Baharmast is Managing Director - Investments at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. She is also the Co-founder and Managing Director of Belleview Real Estate and works in partnership with Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty’s Investments division. Prior to pursuing her passion in real estate with the introduction of freehold property purchase in Dubai, Neda worked in Total S.A. as offshore project’s logistics coordinator. She established a boutique real estate firm in 2003 that focused mainly on land acquisitions, structuring joint ventures and sourcing investment class assets. Neda has over 13 years’ experience in the real estate sector in both Dubai and Toronto. She has concluded sizable transactions with well prominent developers and high profile clients within the GCC in the residential, commercial, hospitality, and education sectors.
