About me
After working for an international Swiss Bank for 20+ years in management capacity, Usman established his own licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage House in Los Angeles area in 2003. Bought and sold properties exceeding AED 550M from 2004-2007.
When real estate was showing signs of slowing down in the USA, Usman established his presence in Dubai, UAE in 2006 by opening a real estate company under the name of Centurion Real Estate Brokers which merged with Arabian Elite Real Estate in Dec 2018. He currently holds the position of President of AERE.
Usman, with his 12 years’ experience as a broker in Dubai and 14 years in California has vast knowledge of local and international real estate transactions, possess strong skills to help his clients to get the best deals. He is good communicator, expert in negotiation and closing deals by thinking out of the box and finding solutions to handle difficult situations in the process of buying or selling a property.
