DIP is a very calm place with enough restaurants. You will not feel the busy life. I visit here mainly for Hospitals. It is well connected with metro as well as bus.

Pros: * Competitive rent * Good network of public transpotation Cons: * Apartment is very old and the corridors have odd smell * Too much of cockroaches and it is uncontroallable even after several rounds of insecticide treatment * Since the balcony is open,cleaning of pigeon poop on frequent basis is a hazzle * Fire alarms triggers frequently which is quite annoying and it deprives your sleep * Poor sealing of windows, therby outside noise can be easily heard inside the apartment.

A large well priced apartment . Not a great area to live in but most amenities are close by. Limited parking inside the building gates. Only one swimming pool and gym for 19 blocks.
