Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

We've owned this apartment for 4 years now and absolutely love it. Great facilities, apartments are well built and insulated from noise. It's the perfect size for my young family and with the supermarket next door, easy access to the metro, the beach and SZR the location is perfect. Also, special mention to the staff at the building as they are fantastic especially with my kids.

I spent 6 years at Horizon tower with my family! Very spacious and bright, with 15 meters of window panel at living room. Swimming pool is amazing, 2 gyms. Free yoga classes for residents, which is awesome! Beautiful entrance and the best location ever: in the middle of enthusiastic Marina, right next to the metro and tram, 10 minutes walking from the Beach!

Great location, The pool is incredible however the gym is the worst, needs to be updated as the weights gym is a joke, the machines are very old and most are broken. The apartments are really spacious.
