Nour D.A quiet escape from the city and construction. JVT offers a great neighborhood for those looking for a small community with great schools and parks. An older community but still well maintained by the master developer Nakheel. Great for families and those that work in media city as it is a short drive.

Arcadia School provides an array of fitness amenities, including an Olympic-sized pool and dedicated trainers. The neighborhood is known for its abundant green spaces and calm atmosphere. Conveniently located between Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and al Khail Road, with fast access to main places, no need to stay in traffic. It's the ideal place for families seeking a peaceful yet accessible living environment.

BobOnce you drive into the community the 1st thing you notice - how chill and decent the place is. As there is a school (Arcadia), which is in a high rank by quality, next to 9E the area gets active during school start and end for few minutes and then soothing silent comes back. Clean, secure, very much family friendly community, especially if your kids are going to Arcadia school or Sunmarke school on the other side of JVT. Gym/Pool are not available as the community offering, but are available inside Arcadia school itself with the Olympic size swimming pool and trainers - all at affordable rates.

ShehzamVery neat & maintained. With friendly and helpful security and staff to manage. Excellent facilities on the podium level. Traffic free location. Amazing layouts. And friendly residents.
