The studio includes a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step onto the spacious private balcony and enjoy calm community views — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all essential appliances, cookware, and utensils for easy meal preparation. For longer stays, guests also have access to a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine, adding extra convenience.

Guest Registration
* Passport or Emirates ID copies must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Security Deposit
* AED 1,500 refundable security deposit
* Refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection.
