A place with spectacular view, good air and calm surroundings. Has some issues but in DXB is there any good construction? Gym is great, improvements are being made in the green areas, some supermarkets around but location is great. No coffee shops. Pharmacy 10 min walk.
Worst building ever
Swimming pool is small and closed since June. Gym has been shutdown in November. Underground parking is dark and floor is full of holes. There is no facility around the building expect a laundry and a small Carrefour. Constructions ongoing around make the surroundings noisy and dirty. Stray cats all around. Definitely not a good place to live. One of the worst buildings ever.
