D1 Tower

Amazing pool and gym; and facilities in general (sauna, steam etc), helpful concierge downstairs. Healthy organic restaurant in the lobby and supermarket. 20% off food & beverages in Versace Hotel as well was nice.

This is one of the best towers in the middle east. the lobby is as good as a 5 star hotel , same with the swimming pool and the gym area. The views from the apartments are non obstructed and breath taking.

The finishings and the views from this tower are not comparable to anything else in Dubai, Maybe Burj Khalifa and parts of DIFC. The Location is currently a bit quiet but it will soon be in the middle of the new hub of dubai.

Very loud.. noisy area, especially facing roads. Maintenance is not good, huge oil spills on carpets, windows very dirty, very dusty area, etc. Building finishing is nice

All units facing Burj Khalifa have a terrible noise issue due to the electric generators placed in front of the tower. The noise is high non-stop 24/7. Road connection is also an issue.

Fantastic design, however still many maintenance issues.
