Old but still good.good location, the noise is the problem in the night because of the construction.

Poor management, need a lot of improvements.

A lot of mess around because of the construction in the other buildings. very noisy also.

I couldnt ask for more, except for parking which youd think would be a given in a car city like Dubai

Not bad but I want more parking space for guess

Parking in the marina is just impossible to deal with

Building is run down and not kept in good condition. The smell from the garbage in the gym floor was horrendous.

Building has strong smells, i think the pluming of building not looked after

The building and facilities are good, traffic close to it is usually good but jammed to leave the Pearl. Infrastructure close to it is very good with various options of restaurants and coffee shops to choose. Amazing view and environment.

Poor maintenance. Terrible management of garbage causing bad smell. No parking for visitors.
