Burj Al Nujoom

The maintenance is poor, The Security staff is not serious, not welcoming, not paying attention at who is coming in and out... The facilities average... And there is no parking for guest.

Biggest asset of Burj Al Nujoom is its location: 5 min walk to Dubai Mall but easy accessible by car via Asayel Road thus avoiding the always traffic intensive Mhd Bin Rashid Boulevard. Furthermore the building offers the functionality that one needs: spacious apartments, practical parking, comfortable reception, pool & gym etc. all not in glossy luxury but therefore much lower priced than other buildings in Downtown.

Burj al nujoom , known for its location as it has an easy access to Dubai mall and metro. It has been around 3 years since its handed over and we can call it a new building in that area. When we look at downtown we expect quality given by Emaar, but this building cannot be compared to those. Though its not Emaar , it has been decently designed and the most prominent feature of this building is their spacious and regular shaped layouts. Also we would all want to stay in Downtown , but some of us cannot afford to pay the rent . Here in this building the rents are very reasonable for its location. The building has a nice rooftop pool and fully equipped gym. This building makes it a perfect place for people who want to stay in Downtown with less budget.

It is a nice building, with many facilities and shops near buy. I love the building.

If you want to stay in Downtown and want a good property with low rent for 2 beds and1 beds then this is a excellent area with a supermarket nearby and ample parking spaces
