Superb!
Great building, love the direct access to the marina promenade and the views are stunning. Easy access from and to SZR without traffic.
Family orientated + building works
Excellent development - pool and gym facilities are fantastic. However let down by the price (apartments on the small side for the money). Also by the new development next door kicking up dust and noise. Thanks Emaar :/

The building is simple but they have good management to maintain the cleanliness of the building.

Al Majara
Well, Emaar projects are highly demanded all around Dubai. Good service, great facilities. They all are located in good locations. Al Majara is on of the best community in Dubai Marina, and always busy.
Expensive for size
Overall good but small sqr. Apartments for high cost.
