Spent 2 years in this apartment. Great location, just 5 min to the Beach, 10 min to Metro station. There is also water bus station right next to the building and 3 minutes walk to Tram station. Easy access to Marina walk, which is great to play with kids. This side of Marina walk is quiet and peaceful, while Marina mall side is too crowded. There is also a playground next to the building under the bridge. Traffic around JBR is not the best, but building located on the corner, so you avoid long queues when going in or out. Staff is friendly and polite, but sometimes too annoying. For example when you're trying to park a visitor you need to beg them to give you a space. Or once my kid draw picture using chalks on Marina walk behind the building - then security guard came over and asked us to remove the picture. This intersection is particularly noisy, so much better if your windows face Marina or Promenade buildings. Great facilities and quality of appliances inside the apartment.

They have wide apartments,good location at very affordable prices

the staffs is excellent, very friendly and helpful. maintenance is good too.

The access to the parking is annoying as the space is very limited and manniovers need to be done.

You are 3 mins walk from The Beach, under 10 mins walk to the The Marina Mall, and get great views either towards the Yacht Club or Marina Mall.

Very nice and welcoming building. Conveniently located right behind JBR and the new The Beach concept. Pets friendly. Great facilities (pool, gym, cinema, squash...)
