Great building great service and great maintenance

It is a beautiful building, very well suited in Dubai Marina with the easiest accessibility very close to all means of transportation and all daily requirements such as grocery, pharmacies and ATMs. If they provided guest parking in will be the best residential tower in the Marina Area.

Great location, well maintenance facilities and friendly staff

Future prospects with regards to connectivity,Activities,Hospitals and education. Some job creation.

Building is in a great location, just outside the Marina to avoid the traffic and awesome proximity to Media City if thats where your job lies. The tram means that the traffic lights take 10 minutes a piece which is VERY annoying and constant construction means there is tap tap tapping all day long. But in terms of the building, finishes are good, security is extremely attentive and helpful and generally was a nice place to live for three years.

Good facilities and a nice finish, overseen by a sometimes overly officious management team, make this a pleasant environment to live in overall. The gym and pools are very nice - although extremely busy at weekends. The building is located in close proximity to many amenities but with that comes some noise, particularly from the street (lower floors) and Barasti / Zero Gravity (front facing apartments). Positives: - Marina close by - Beach close by - Great facilities - High standard of finish - Staff very friendly Negatives: - Excessive noise during some weekends - Lifts regularly break down or remain out of order for lengthy periods - No guest parking

I have lived in the building for two years and the place just gets better and better with time! The tram station is now across the street and there are more shops open with a recent addition of a bank and a pharmacy in the building. The facilities are second to none with indoor and outdoor pools, a games room, children's play areas and a great large and well equipped gym. The place is very well run, staffed, cleaned and maintained. The building is very family friendly and many people are moving within the building which says a lot about Elite Residence.
