The big plus this condo has is the central location combined with the best in class hospitality hotel. The amazing pool view or the afternoon shisha at the shades bar is irresistible The hospitality and discount I enjoy from the address is really top notch

All 5-start living comfort in this building as you can expect from The Address; the flagship brand of Emaar, with its consistent building and maintenance quality. The location is amazing with direct access to the Dubai Marina Mall, where you can find all daily needs without leaving the a/c (very convenient in Dubai summer time). And only 15min walk to the beach. Did I mention the amazing views?
