Marina Crown

Arguably the best value tower in Dubai Marina with the best views. Walking distance along the beach to all the 5 star hotels with out of this world food. Fantastic. The reviews here are a little harsh on the traffic noise. One is always going to get a little noise in Dubai Marina what ever tower you stay as it is a buzzing bart of the city. We come to Dubai every year and rented an apartment above the 8th floor and it was fine. We will be returning soon.

I am enjoying to live in Marina Crown ,safe facade (strong beautiful concrete for facade) ,very Bright because 3 side of Marina Crown has 3 different main Marina streets, with 7 fast elevator , I never wait to going out or in, easy to grocery shop from carrfeour market , walking distance to beaches , clubs , Dubai sky diving and zero Gravity , 1 min walk to Dubai Tram , 5 Min walk to Media city and Marina walk, easy access to Sheikh zayed road , 24 /7 security . I am very happy to live in Marina Crown .

I love the location, walking distance to my work (Media city) , next to Tram, easy access to sheikh zayed road, for me the carrfeour market is fantastic to shop easily. Marina crown is only 48 floors with 7 fast elevators and no wasting time. and I am saving money because is chiller Free. ATM is next to Marina Crown , and I love Barasti club is walking distance

Very close to Beach. 24hrs carrefour under the building. Best/spacious units in Marina. Maintenance can be improved though.

Good location, the beach is few walks away , near to tram station, but a lot of noise due to traffic and constructions.

Very Good location, easy access to anywhere, bright apartment, near beach, hotels, Barasti, tram, restaurants, markets.

I was about to rent an apartment here but the maintenance of the building pushed me away. There are humidity black stains on the roofs of the floors, the elevators are not working properly, the entrance is almost a joke, the units are big and some of them really good, the view was amazing! but the gym is a super poor and the pool is average. Compared to what other buildings in the marina have im wondering why the management does not put a single penny to update this building, just letting it go and get more and more damage every time

Apartments are spacious, but services and amenities are limited. Common areas not welcoming and there is graffiti in elevators. I am definitely looking elsewhere.

Great location a lot of restaurants nearby also the beach is few walks away.
