A great location, an able and willing interim board has shown what can be achieved over and above the standard. A nice pool, gym, squash courts and new sauna are just a few of the benefits. If facing the Marina then you have a great view of the water, yatch club and attractions of Marina Mall across the way. With an eager team and more goals to achieve its aim of becoming the building of choice in the area, its now getting to the point that Marina Quays is giving the flagship development of Marina Promenade a great run for its value.
