Noisy, bad quality, expensive
It only looks nice from the outside. All apartments have major issues of finishing (Cupboards broken, bathtubs require change, water heaters break down, cabling in all rooms needs to be changed) The apartments are noisy due to the marina main road and the traffic light in front of the building: main entrance to JBR. Bedbugs and roaches entering most of apartments through the AC units. Visitors parking is a very limited.
Blakely tower
The building and maintenance is fantastic! The surrounding construction and traffic noise can be a burden at times.
