Good Building, bad traffic and area

The building is amazing with good appartements and finishing especially on the marina side but the area is really bad, noisy, and traffic is the worst in Marina. I do not recommend for anyone having a car to live there.

lots of maintenance issues although it’s a new building. horrible one way traffic which can’t be avoided.

Great building, new, clean, well maintained, friendly staff.. Traffic on Al-Seba Street is a nightmare every evening and at all times during weekend. The pool NEVER has sun also.

Great building, supermarket/pharmacy close by, nice staff, unfortunately the traffic on Al-Seba Street at any time of day is noting short of a nightmare, it can take 20mims just to get out of the building!!! .. its a real putoff as a tennant. Also, the pool has no sun either.
