Not worth the money I paid
Biggest problem in this building is swimming pool, without chiller and the parking is always flooding; so be aware of all these problems. Also too noisy.
Great building at such a good spot with amazing facilities!
Been living here for two years now. No issues with security and staff. Great location and amazing private beach at JBR with a large pool and the hotel next door where residents get big discounts. Nothing to complain about!!

The worst experience I ever had for this big amount of money. There are so many problems in this building like the noise , smell, leaking water, poor gym, not enough sun beds , and more and more...

It is a great project between sharaton and hilton hotel having fablous sea view with private beach and excellent ammunities. great investment as Dubai Eye project is in front of it. no treffic problem. This 56 floor tower having 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
