Iris Bay, also known as Sheth Tower Iris Bay, is an office tower in Business Bay, one of Dubai’s busiest commercial hubs. Iris Bay is known for its oval, crescent moon type shape. The project was launched in 2006 by Sheth Estate International Limited. Iris Bay was completed in 2015 with 387,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space.
