About Reportage

Established as a single entity in 2014 by shareholders with over 30 years of international experience in property development and construction, Reportage Group launched its first project in Abu Dhabi and has since expanded in structure, scale, and number of developments. Today, Reportage stands as one of the largest private developers in the United Arab Emirates.

With multiple projects underway in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the company successfully delivered its first development, Leonardo Residences, in 2018. This was followed by Al Raha Lofts 2 in 2021, and in 2022, the completion of Al Raha Lofts 1, Oasis Residences, Phase 1 of Rukan Lofts, and Oasis 2 in 2023.

Building on its domestic success, Reportage began its international expansion with its first overseas project in Egypt — Montenapoleone — and has since extended its footprint to Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, Pakistan, the UK, and other international markets.

Key Projects

Over the past 10 years, since its establishment in 2014, Reportage Group has launched 35 projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and internationally in Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Uganda. The company has delivered over 17,000 residential apartments and townhouses, offering a range of types and sizes. Reportage has also achieved a consistent annual growth rate of over 100 per cent for the past three consecutive years.

1. Rukan Lofts Phase 2

Rukan Lofts Phase 2 is a gated community in Wadi Al Safa, Dubailand, featuring over 1,000 contemporary townhouses. Each unit features a private front yard and backyard, along with a dedicated parking space. The homes are designed with open-plan layouts and large windows to allow natural light and functional living.

Reportage Tower is a high-rise residential development on Al Maryah Island, positioned to become a new architectural landmark within one of Abu Dhabi’s key lifestyle and business hubs. It is designed to stand as a new architectural landmark, and the tower will combine modern design with green elements that soften its urban surroundings.
