They’re constantly marred by dirt, and even visible wear that just isn’t acceptable for a property that’s supposed to impress. It’s clear that regular cleaning and upkeep are not priorities here, which leaves the building looking tired and uninviting. If you value attention to detail and a well-maintained appearance, I’d think twice before considering Horizon Tower.
