The modified lobby and common areas, friendly security staff, polite reception personnel, availability of daily needs in the house retail shop, proximity to Al REEM Mall, and near-by Busstop, make the building and location a good place to stay.

Living at The Bridges is fantastic. The canal walk, gyms, and pools are top-notch, and it's just a short walk to Reem Central Park. The apartments are very modern and well-finished, though the layouts are a bit compact. Visitor parking can sometimes be a hassle, but overall it's a vibrant community.

I was really taken aback by the neglect at Horizon Tower, especially when it comes to the facade windows. They’re constantly marred by dirt, and even visible wear that just isn’t acceptable for a property that’s supposed to impress. It’s clear that regular cleaning and upkeep are not priorities here, which leaves the building looking tired and uninviting. If you value attention to detail and a well-maintained appearance, I’d think twice before considering Horizon Tower.

The property has no lobby seating, the gym is ok now but the pool area is over run with children. There is no guest parking and most units only have 1 parking spot.
